Interactive tutorials on any website, without code

GlowTour Studio lets you create and play guided tours directly in Chrome. Point at the elements you want to explain, write the steps, and run the tutorial on top of the page.

A tutorial in three steps

  1. 1

    Pick an element

Open the page you want to explain and click the element a step should point at. Studio records a CSS selector for it.

  2. 2

    Write the step

Give each step a title and a text in Markdown, with links and images, then choose where the popover sits.

  3. 3

    Play the tour

Run the tutorial on top of the live page, or let it start on its own the next time you open its start page.

What Studio does

No code

Tours are built by pointing and typing, on any website you grant access to.

Markdown steps

Formatted text, links and images in every step.

Auto-start

Start a tutorial when its page opens, every time or only once.

Your look

Visual settings per tutorial, and a light, dark or automatic interface.

JSON export

Save a tutorial as a JSON file on your computer, to keep or share.

English and French

The extension interface is available in both languages.

Private by design

No account, no server, no analytics. Your tutorials are stored only in Chrome, on your device, and the extension reads a website only after you allow it for that site.
